SpeakEasy Cannabis Club Ltd. (CSE: EASY) (Frankfurt: 39H) (the “Company” or “SpeakEasy”), a holder of a federal licence to cultivate, process and sell cannabis under the Cannabis Act wishes to provide an update to its shareholders.
The 2022 outdoor growing season preparations have officially begun. As the spring temperatures continue to rise and our 60 acre outdoor facility is fully cleared of snow, our team set out to prepare for another successful outdoor growing season.
The 2022 outdoor season marks SpeakEasy’s third year of growing outdoor cannabis. Site location, Rock Creek’s micro climate, and the Geen’s generational experience have proven to be a unique combination that allow the Company to harvest some of the best cannabis that BC has to offer – and at an ultra low cost.
From the data collected over the previous years our goal will be to continue optimizing each step of the process. Maximizing yield and utilizing our resources efficiently will continue to be our top priority.
Each outdoor season brings unforeseen challenges like heat, fires, and drought with steps being taken to ensure the crop remains safe from any dangers. While no system is foolproof, a high degree of redundancy is built into our safety precautions to ensure the plants face no imminent danger.
The next few months are crucial to ensuring healthy plants are ready for the field come time. Our 23,300 sq ft vegging facility will be used to its full capacity to ensure we capitalize on every inch of the 2,613,600 sq ft of outdoor growing space. We will be documenting some of the extensive steps of the cloning process to share with our shareholders in the next update.
