CORPORATE WEEKLY UPDATE – APRIL 8, 2022

SpeakEasy Cannabis Club Ltd. (CSE: EASY) (Frankfurt: 39H) (the “Company” or “SpeakEasy”), a holder of a federal licence to cultivate, process and sell cannabis under the Cannabis Act wishes to provide an update to its shareholders.

SpeakEasy was created in the small town of Rock Creek, in southern BC. Since its inception, the Company has always been community and family focused. We’re proud to be Rock Creek’s largest employer and as the 2022 outdoor growing season approaches, we’re happy to announce the expansion of our team.

Throughout the year our team consists of 80+ full time employees. Earlier this year, SpeakEasy was granted a licence to operate a 13,300 sq ft of additional growing space, allowing the Company to bring on an additional 8 staff members to assist with the craft flower growing operations.

Additionally, each year we increased our team size significantly with seasonal employees to assist with the extensive outdoor operations. This year, due to the shortage of labour workers in the area, the Company will be looking to hire an international team to assist with the labour-intensive field work.

Our staff are an extension of our community and embody the family culture that we have built here at SpeakEasy. Through their hard work and dedication, we’re able to achieve the Company’s organizational goals that bring SpeakEasy closer to becoming a nationally recognized company.

Using the data collected from last year’s outdoor operations, the Company is preparing for another successful outdoor growing season. As the process unfolds, the Company will provide details through the 2022 outdoor growing season.
