The Company’s facility and all information regarding its operation have been fully vetted and deemed ready to be licensed by Health Canada under the Cannabis Tracking and Licensing System (” CTLS “).
SpeakEasy eagerly awaits the completion of security background checks and the grant of its license to cultivate. Applicants required to have background checks were moved into “high priority sequence” by Health Canada in mid-2018, as such, successful completion is expected imminently and when received are expected to result in SpeakEasy receiving its license to cultivate.
